Great Interview Today...

Even if I didn't get the job (not enough accounting experience, which the role demands). The practice director shared with me his top 3 traits of high-performing sales engineers: 1) the ability to distill complex technical concepts down to easily grasped vignettes, while keeping the big-picture context intact 2) domain expertise (e.g. deep ERP expertise for an SAP presales role) and 3) showmanship/great presentation skills
