Got in late, big chest day at the gym today. Nevertheless, here's what I'm picking up:

- best-of-breed medical diagnostics (Quest and PSS)
- get out of Walmart, get into Target
- Hains makes some of Whole Food's private label brands, look it up, good firm
- JetBlue, of course (we like the CEO)
