My first post from rehab - I'd be lying if I said I'm having a blast, but all things considered, it's not too bad.

Great people in here with a variety of life stories to share, and clean time really helps get your mind right.

Missed the opening ceremonies of the Games and Internet time is far more restricted than I'm accustomed to, but these are minor quibbles in the face of my effort to get my life back again.
