Other Big Plays to Look At

- CAT: not only a heavy equipment play, but has oil exposure (only guys who make the huge trucks for oil sands work, eg. for the Canadian fields coming online)

IF YOU GET INTO THIS STOCK NOW AND CAT REPORTS A GREAT QUARTER ON THURSDAY, YOU WILL MAKE A LOT OF MONEY.

Lightning Round:

- TimeWarner: goes higher from here. When ? Who knows. Don't run out and buy if not in
- LOW: goes up from here
- HAL: bullish. Back the truck up, this stock is too low
- BWNG: carrier-revenue company. Take profits, we don't trust 'em
- INSP: take profits (I never did like this compay's biz model, by the way)
- LSS: oil-service companies buy their tubing. Take profits and reinvest in HAL or similar
- SHLD: still bullish on this one !
- SNMX: kind of like the taste equivalent of the perfume companies. Cadbury is a client. Speculative Buy
- GENZ: one of the best CEOs in biotech. Bullish
- GW: oil services, land driller (drillers buy their rigs, Jim thinks rig prices still go up from here). Bullish
- GLW (Corning): big-screen TV/LCD play, bullish
- TSO: bullish (can't go wrong @ $46)
- NTGR: no, you want best-of-breed here, either Marvell or Broadcom
- MOS: no, choose Sociedad de Quimica
- GRP: no, be in HAL or Schlumberger
- LSI is resting @ 10, Jim thinks it'll get to 12
- BUD: no, go Constellation Brands which also has wines
- PMI: mortgage insurance plays. They're ok, mildly bullish on this
- NOK ? No, MOT !
- MEDT ? Yes ! Cleanest one in the group, the CEO rocks
- MSO: overvalued but could see 10 more points on the strength of management
- PAYX: better to be in Automatic Data (ADT ?) This is a Fed play on raising rates (these guys get to keep the float)
- MRO: despite the SmithBarney downgrade, this is a buy
