EasyHotel

It's an idea whose time has come....... Stelios Haji-Ioannou (founder of the Easy group, which includes the easyEverything Internet cafe and easyJet discount airline) has just agreed to sell his stake in the tanker/shipping business which was his initial springboard to fame, so it's not too farfetched an idea to think he may be aggressively pursuing this avenue shortly.

I think NYC is crying out for an easyHotel. It could even work here in Toronto (note to self: find backers and write the damn business plan - you've been thinking about this for 3 months now !).
